DESCRIPTION:This summer\, we encourage all adults and teens to join us as we rediscover what it means to be a praying church. While we often view prayer as a private conversation\, the Bible calls us to something more. When Jesus taught us to pray\, He began with “Our Father\,” inviting us into a shared experience of faith. Informed by Paul Miller’s book\, A Praying Church\, together\, we’ll explore how corporate prayer becomes the engine that drives our worship\, our decisions\, and our dependence upon the Holy Spirit. During our time together we will study God’s Word\, engage in honest discussion\, hear the testimony of answered prayer\, and spend intentional time praying together as one body. He will also be preaching during the Sunday morning worship service.  Dr. Bertolet comes to us from York\, PA and is the Director of Instructional Design and Theological Education at ABWE and Teaching Fellow in Biblical Theology in the Alexandrian Institute. He is the author of the Hebrews volume in the Lexham Research Commentary series and The Obedience of Sonship (Fontes Press\, 2023). Tim served as a pastor for 16 years and has taught in various contexts\, including Ambassador International University\, Zambia\, and Lancaster Bible College. At Emerald Crossing\, children will explore Psalm 23\, learn about David\, and grow from worry to peace and fear to faith through the Good Shepherd—enjoying songs\, games\, crafts\, snacks\, and Bible stories along the way. Registration is FREE. Please register your child online by June 11. Walk-ins are always welcome! However\, if you know your child plans to attend\, please register now to help with our planning! We hope to see you there!  Questions can be directed to Lea Pagliughi. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVOLUNTEERS: We had nearly 200 children come to VBS last year\, with many new to Ebenezer! This is a great opportunity for the body of Christ to come together to serve! Teens and Adults are welcome! DESCRIPTION:Help raise funds for Bright Hope Pregnancy Centers of the Lehigh Valley and enable them to keep ministering to local young men & women with unplanned pregnancies. Please pick up a baby bottle in the church lobby\, fill it with cash/check (made payable to Bright Hope)\, and return it by Father’s Day.  Instructions are in each bottle to make collecting for Bright Hope a breeze. DESCRIPTION:For more than 10 years\, Ebenezer has partnered in ministry in the Dominican Republic. This year\, a team of 12 will travel to Consuelo from June 27–July 5. While there\, they will serve through construction projects\, children’s clubs\, and home visits in the community. Please pray for the team as they prepare and for the people they will meet—that God would prepare hearts to hear the good news of His love. Enjoy Bible lessons\, singing\, swimming in the pool\, indoor rock wall\, boating on the pond\, campfires\, a high ropes course\, target sports\, ball sports\, crafts\, and more. Please register online with Victory Valley. It fills up quickly – so register ASAP! Ebenezer families may use coupon code ebfc2026 for a $25 discount on overnight camp. (For day camp\, sibling discounts are available when registering.) If you need financial assistance please submit a scholarship request form.   If you are interested in daily Day Camp transportation\, contact Suzi Hardy to sign up.
