Scott Wright
Lead Pastor
email
Scott Wright was called in 2023 to serve as Ebenezer’s Lead Pastor. He remembers vividly the people God used to call him to repentance and faith in Christ alone. His grandmother, “Nana” who was always on her knees for him and his second grade Sunday school teacher, Mrs. Kashaba, who taught him the scriptures and led him to saving faith at an early age. His youth pastor, Tom Yauch, was a strong mentor in his teen years and influenced him to attend Bible college where he received his call to pastoral ministry. After college, he married his high school sweetheart, Michelle, who continues to be his best friend and partner in ministry. In recent years, Scott has found great joy in discipling young men and encouraging others in ministry. In 2011, he was ordained by the Bible Fellowship Church (BFC) and commissioned as a church planter. That year he and his family, along with a core group, began what is now Redeemer Bible Fellowship Church in Audubon, PA. Prior to coming into the BFC, Pastor Scott served congregations in Harleysville and Skippack, PA. He received his Master of Divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield. He and his wife, Michelle, both Michigan natives, live in Bethlehem, PA with their youngest child, Joey. They also have three grown children (Hannah, Jake, & Eva) and have enjoyed adding a son-in-law, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren to the family. He has successfully influenced the next generation of Michigan and Philadelphia Eagles fans! When he’s not at church, hanging out with the fam, or reading a good book, Scott can occasionally be found in his garage, roasting coffee.

Jeremy Harkins

Jeremy’s heart is in music ministry and he is especially focused on helping train young men to lead well. He is so thankful for the extravagance of God’s grace for giving him these abilities. To Him be all glory and praise.

Mike Notary
Pastor of Discipleship
email
Growing up in a Christian home Mike was exposed to the Gospel from a young age. Church and faith were an essential part of his family’s life. Despite sitting under the preaching of God’s Word, being involved in numerous ministries in college, and serving as a volunteer youth leader, he didn’t fully surrender His life to Christ until age 24. Mike rejoices that it is only by God’s grace and His Holy Spirit that he brings anything of eternal value to ministry.
Mike attended Springfield College in Springfield, MA where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Upon graduating college Mike took a teaching position to at-risk youth in the Bethlehem Area School District. His time at Liberty High School solidified his passion to serve youth and impact their lives. God called him into vocational ministry as the Youth Director at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Center Valley, PA. While serving the youth at Cornerstone Mike received his MDiv from Biblical Seminary in Hatfield, PA. To this day he declares that a complete act of God!
After serving youth for 7 years Mike stepped out of his role at Cornerstone and pursued contracting work while waiting on God’s call back into ministry. The Lord faithfully called Mike to serve as the Youth Pastor at Ebenezer Bible Fellowship in the summer of 2017, and he became our Pastor of Discipleship in the summer of 2021.
Mike is blessed to be married to his beautiful wife Jenn whom he met at Cornerstone through the young adult ministry. They married in 2008 and are blessed with 4 children, Seth, Mark, Nate, and Wynn.

Josh Von Holt
Youth Pastor
email
Josh grew up in New York state in a Christian household and was exposed to the preaching of the Gospel at a young age. He recalls making a profession of faith when he was 11 years old, but there was no evidence in his life that he had been born again. At the age of 17, Josh went on a short-term missions trip to Costa Rica where God exposed his counterfeit faith through reading the book of Romans. It was then that he repented of his sins and placed his faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ alone to save him.
He then felt a strong desire to serve his church in the area of youth ministry. He eventually began to lead the youth group where he taught weekly as well as discipled students while attending college. He graduated from Dominican University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. Through his experience as the primary youth leader, additional preaching opportunities, and two pastoral internships, Josh was certain that God had placed a calling on his life for pastoral ministry.
Josh has served at Ebenezer as the Youth Pastor since the summer of 2021. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree in Christian Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife, Megan, since 2022, and they have one son, Elliot.

Heather grew up in a Christian home near Bath, PA. She attended Ohio University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications. After college, she returned to the Lehigh Valley and began a 10-year career with a telecom company in NJ. Heather first came to Ebenezer in the Spring of 2003 when a friend invited her to come play ultimate frisbee. Shortly after that, she began attending church here weekly and became part of the youth group staff and worship team. Heather joined the full-time staff at Ebenezer in June 2007 as the administrative assistant for the Worship and Youth Ministries.

Robbin Hunsberger

Robbin grew up in the Lehigh Valley in a loving Christian home. After earning a Culinary Degree she worked as a professional chef for 15 years in Christian Camps and Restaurants in the Poconos, New York State, and Colorado. In addition to cooking and managing kitchens, she also filled the roles of Graphic Designer and Web Administrator at the Christian camps. Many of these skills were transferable, and in 2005 joined the staff at Ebenezer as the Office Administrator. She is glad to be back in her home town with friends and family and is grateful for the opportunities for genuine fellowship, Biblical teaching, ultimate frisbee, hiking, and biking. She is also passionate about church planting and spends a lot of her spare time supporting this ministry.

Kevin Kritzberger
Facilities Manager
email
Kevin was born in Abington, Pennsylvania and spent most of his younger years in the Valley Forge area. He attended Chapel Christian Academy until his sophomore year when his family relocated to the Lehigh Valley due to a job change by his father. He then went to Northwestern Lehigh where he graduated from in 1989. It was there that Kevin’s experience in the Christian school really became evident because he was able to apply the principles that he learned about being a Christian to be a witness to others in the public school.
After graduation he attended Lehigh County Community College for two years but God was calling him to work at Equipto, which is a manufacturing company in Tatamy, Pa. It was there that he was able to be a witness and lead several co-workers to Christ. He spent 12 years there where he eventually became the Logistics Administrator for the Company.
In January of 2006, God began to work in Kevin’s heart and he felt that God was calling him into a new career. It was during that month that Kevin began a new chapter in his life when he accepted the position as Facilities Manager here at our church. He has been a member here since 1990. He currently serves on the Deacon Board as the Activities Chairman and also serves on the Benevolence, Property, Transportation, and Liaison Committees.
He has been married to his wife Sharon since 1994 and they have a daughter named Alyssa.

Nancy Murphy
Office Assistant
email
Nancy was born and raised in New Jersey in a Catholic home shaped by the experience of divorce. She spent many formative weekends with her aunt’s family, where she was first introduced to a personal relationship with Jesus. Attending a nondenominational church with them, she found herself deeply engaged with the Bible—gaining more spiritual insight there than she had throughout her years in Catholic tradition.
Professionally, Nancy devoted much of her career to Continental/United Airlines. She married her husband, Tom, later in life, and together they built a family. In the early 2000s, they relocated to Bethlehem, knowing it was where they wanted to plant lasting roots. As they settled in, Nancy was intentional about raising her children with a strong biblical foundation, much like what she had experienced at her aunt’s church.
In 2004, Nancy & Tom were overjoyed to discover Ebenezer Church, where they found both community and a place to serve. Over the years, Nancy has been involved in various ministries, including the Counting Team, Moppets, Vacation Bible School, and most recently as Chairperson of the Growth Garden Library.
A few years ago, the family relocated to Indiana due to a job opportunity during the COVID era. But with hearts still tethered to the Lehigh Valley, God graciously opened the door for them to return in 2025. Now empty-nesters, Nancy and Tom enjoy life with their two grown children, TJ and Cassandra.
Nancy is thrilled to be part of the Ebenezer staff and is excited to reconnect with familiar faces and faithfully serve the church community once again.

Lea Pagliughi
Children’s Ministry Director
email
Lea was born in Illinois and raised in New Jersey. Lea was raised in a home where faith was present, but it wasn’t until later in life that the Lord opened her eyes fully to the beauty of the gospel. On Good Friday of 2022, God drew her heart to Himself in a way she could not ignore. She often says that the Lord “interrupted” her life with grace — reshaping her priorities, redirecting her desires, and anchoring her in His Word. Since then, she has continued to grow in her walk with Christ, leaning on His faithfulness through every season.
Lea is married to her best friend, Tommy, and together they share a blended family of four children: Brian Jr., Crystal, TJ, and Tony. Their grandson Caiden is the joyful center of many stories, photos, and proud grandma moments. Lea is grateful for the way the Lord has used her family to teach her patience, compassion, and laughter — sometimes all at the same time.
Lea and her family began attending Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church shortly before her conversion, and she immediately felt at home. Drawn by solid preaching, a warm community, and a desire to serve, she became involved in children’s ministry and early childhood programming. Whether greeting families, organizing volunteers, or stepping into a classroom when needed, she found deep joy in helping create an environment where children feel safe, known, and loved.
Before joining the church staff, God had been stirring in Lea a heart for ministering to children and families. She has always been passionate about building spaces where kids can experience the love of Christ in simple, tangible ways — through a smile, a story, a lesson, or a caring adult who remembers their name. Her desire is not just to teach children about Jesus, but to help them develop a lasting foundation built on Scripture and the hope of the gospel.
Professionally, Lea has spent many years supporting leaders, managing complex responsibilities, and caring for people through administrative excellence — gifts she now brings joyfully into her work at Ebenezer. She believes that ministry thrives when the behind-the-scenes work is done with diligence, humility, and a servant’s heart. Her calling is to support the church body so that the gospel can flourish in every corner of the ministry.
When she isn’t serving at church, Lea loves spending time with her family, cooking, tackling home projects, or traveling. She is continually grateful for God’s grace in her life, for the community He’s given her, and for the privilege of serving His church.
Lea’s prayer is that every child and family who walks through the doors of Ebenezer will encounter the transforming love of Christ and feel the warmth of a church family ready to walk alongside them. Children are a gift from the Lord, and it is her joy to help shepherd them toward Him.

Anna Sell
Assistant Children’s Ministry Director
email
Anna and her husband, Jeff, live in Whitehall, where Anna has spent more than 30 years teaching in a wide variety of settings, including homeschooling, Christian schools, and preschool programs. Saved as a young child and baptized at age six, Anna finds great joy in seeing children grow in their knowledge of God’s truth—echoing her favorite verse, 3 John 4: “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.” She is deeply grateful for the reformed doctrine of grace that Ebenezer embraces and hopes to serve faithfully for as long as the Lord allows.

Laura Sommons
Women’s Ministry Coordinator
email
Laura has been a member of Ebenezer’s staff since July 2011. She and her husband Shawn have been members of the church since 1992. Over the years at Ebenezer, Laura has had the privilege of serving on women’s ministry teams, and attending and leading women’s Bible studies. As she felt God leading her to move more into the lives of women and decided to wait patiently on Him, she is grateful for the opportunity to serve as Women’s Ministry Coordinator. She has a sincere love for the women inside and outside of her church family. Her heart’s desire is that women would not only know the Word of God, but that God delights in them. Zephaniah 3:17. Her most important calling has been that of being a mother. Laura and Shawn have been blessed with three beautiful girls.
