WHAT
SnoGlo is an exciting, spiritually challenging, all-inclusive winter retreat for our youth group (grades 6-12). Held at Pinebrook in the Pocono Mountains, the weekend consists of solid biblical teaching, worship, and activities that encourage youth to grow in their walk with the Lord and connect with other youth across the Bible Fellowship denomination. Throughout the weekend youth have the option to participate in a wide variety of events including sports tournaments, arts competitions, board games, snack shop, and more. The weekend consists of four teaching session and additional breakout sessions for youth groups to gather together for discussion and prayer.

FLURRY OF FESTIVITIES!
This will include: knockout, gaga, and 9 square competitions (separated by age and gender), and a puzzle students will be trying to complete throughout the weekend for points for their team.
LIVE TALENT COMPETITION
Submit a video (less than 5 minutes) by January 7 using the Google Form (the link will be posted soon). Talents can be anything from singing to juggling to skits to comedy sketches. TALENTS MUST BE ABLE TO BE PERFORMED ON STAGE. Talents are judged on creativity (connecting to the theme of Deep Roots is a bonus), ability, and time (under 5 minutes in length).
ART COMPETITION
Artists may bring their favorite art tools; paint, chalk, pastels, etc… and enter the SnoGlo art show. We will provide the paper for you to design your art based on the theme of the weekend: Deep Roots. You can work on your ideas prior to the weekend. Your artwork can also be completed ahead of time or on site at SnoGlo. All artwork must be completed by 4:30 pm on Saturday so we can get it displayed for all to enjoy.
SPEAKER
Alex Kocman Alex Kocman a husband, father, student of theology, writer, former youth pastor, missionary mobilizer, and lay leader in his church. He received his M.A. in Media and Communication Studies and B.S. in Biblical Studies through Liberty University, where he also served as an online evangelism and apologetics instructor with Liberty University Online from 2012-2014. From there, he spent two years as a Student Ministry Coordinator at LCBC (Lives Changed By Christ) Church. He now serves as Director of Advancement and Communications for ABWE, a theologically conservative, gospel-centered missions agency with more than 1,000 missionaries in nearly 70 countries. His writing has been featured in various outlets including For the Church, 9Marks, Biblical Missiology, Founders Ministries, Doctrine and Devotion, Message Magazine and ABWE’s blog, Liberty University News, American Bible Society’s Record Magazine, and Christian Life News. He resides with his wife and four children in York, Pennsylvania, where he spends his free time studying theology, weightlifting, and nursing a heavy coffee addiction. He adheres to the 1689 London Baptist Confession and is a member in good standing Faith Bible Fellowship Church, where he leads the missions committee and serves as director of worship. MUSICIANS: On the Way
On The Way (or OTW, as the kids say) is Cairn University’s traveling worship band. OTW travels to camps and conferences throughout the academic year and the summer to lead worship from their distinct style blend of modern hymns and contemporary worship music.
LODGING
Each room has two sets of bunk beds, a queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Each room will have one adult chaperone.
