(http://aplaceforyou NULL.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Gibson_Tim_2017_cropped NULL.jpg)Tim Gibson (tim null@null aplaceforyou NULL.org) was raised in a Christian home in Guymon, Oklahoma where he was saved at the age of 9. His early years were greatly impacted by many godly men who encouraged him to be an intern both in his high school and college years. It was at the University of Oklahoma where Tim’s spiritual growth matured as he served as a Discipleship/Bible study leader in the men’s dorms for five consecutive years while getting his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in 1992. Tim went on to get a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1994.
Tim always hoped that the Lord would call him into ministry. Until that call came, he served as an Industrial Hygienist for an environmental consulting firm in Shreveport, La. It was at his local church, Springs of Grace Baptist Church under his former pastor Rex Blankenship that Tim’s call to full time ministry came. Springs of Grace asked Tim to pray about being the youth pastor to which he accepted, sensing the Lord’s leading and the Church’s confirmation of his gifting. Tim served as full time youth pastor for two years and was ordained in August of 1998.
Tim went to Dallas Seminary and received a Master of Theology in 2002. At the same time, he accepted a call to be the Senior Pastor of Heritage Baptist Church in Waxahachie, Tx, where he served for 11 years. The Lord was faithful in those years growing the Church, saving the lost, and developing Tim’s passion for preaching and a commitment to sound doctrine. Tim went to The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky to develop his skills in expository preaching graduating in December 2011 with his Doctor of Ministry degree.
Tim has been married to his best friend Julie since 1993. The Lord has blessed their family with four incredible children: Hannah, Abram, Callie and Hudson. Tim and his family moved from Texas to Pennsylvania in July 2012 to be the Senior Pastor of Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church. Tim is excited and trusting the Lord for His grace to lead Ebenezer Bible to be a place of biblical truth, a place of genuine love and a place where broken sinners can come and experience the love and saving power of Jesus Christ!
(http://aplaceforyou NULL.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/Bickings_Dick NULL.png)Dick Bickings (dick null@null aplaceforyou NULL.org) was raised in a Christian home and was saved at age 8 through the preaching ministry of his father. He attended Camden County Vocational School where he received a degree in Electricity, Architectural Drawing, and Stationary Engineering in 1978. He also received an associate degree in Applied Science from Camden County College in 1985.
When Dick was around age 30, he felt the Lord calling him to preach. Dick and his family sold their house, quit his job, and moved to New York. After attending Word of Life Bible Institute and earning an associate degree in Bible in 1987, he served in various lay ministries while continuing to work in secular employment as manager and engineer at several power plants and corporations. He was awarded the Gold Seal Stationary Engineer’s License in 1985 and the Personal Best Award at two different times. Dick worked with the youth at Laurel Hill Bible Church in Blackwood NJ for eight years and later served as a layman in the teaching, preaching, music, and small group ministries at First Baptist Church of Clayton NJ.
In August 2002, Dick began attending Ebenezer and has served as an elder, worship leader, and teacher for Adult Electives and Children’s Church. Throughout his experience in secular jobs, he never doubted God’s call to full-time vocation ministry. Through God’s faithfulness, Dick joined the Ebenezer staff in January 2009 as Pastor of Discipleship and now oversees the ministries that he has loved and participated in over the years. He believes discipleship is at the very core of who Christians are in Christ and that the local church has the distinct privilege in carrying out the discipleship process. He is passionate about partnering with families and equipping believers to use their spiritual gifts as they serve the body of Christ, evangelize the lost, and teach others to be like Jesus.
Dick has over 30 years of experience in lay leadership. He is married to his childhood sweetheart Donna. They have 2 grown children and 7 grandchildren.

(http://aplaceforyou NULL.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/Notary_Mike3_cropped NULL.jpg)Mike Notary (mike null@null aplaceforyou NULL.org): Growing up in a Christian home Mike was exposed to the Gospel from a young age. Church and faith were an essential part of his family’s life. Despite sitting under the preaching of God’s Word, being involved in numerous ministries in college, and serving as a volunteer youth leader, he didn’t fully surrender His life to Christ until age 24. Mike rejoices that it is only by God’s grace and His Holy Spirit that he brings anything of eternal value to ministry.
Mike attended Springfield College in Springfield, MA where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Upon graduating college Mike took a teaching position to at-risk youth in the Bethlehem Area School District. His time at Liberty High School solidified his passion to serve youth and impact their lives. God called him into vocational ministry as the Youth Director at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Center Valley, PA. While serving the youth at Cornerstone Mike received his MDiv from Biblical Seminary in Hatfield, PA. To this day he declares that a complete act of God!
After serving youth for 7 years Mike stepped out of his role at Cornerstone and pursued contracting work while waiting on God’s call back into ministry. The Lord faithfully called Mike to serve as the Youth Pastor at Ebenezer Bible Fellowship in the summer of 2017. Mike is committed to equipping youth and their parents to pursue Christ. He is passionately committed to encouraging youth to embrace the necessity of the Church in their lives while challenging the Church to embrace the necessity of youth in its life.
Mike is blessed to be married to his beautiful wife Jenn whom he met at Cornerstone through the young adult ministry. They married in 2008 and are blessed with 4 children, Seth, Mark, Nate, and Wynn.

In addition to cooking and managing kitchens, she also filled the roles of Graphic Designer and Web Administrator at the Christian camps. Many of these skills were transferable and in 2005 joined the staff at Ebenezer as the Office Administrator. (http://aplaceforyou NULL.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/Kritzberger_Kevin NULL.png)Kevin Kritzberger (kevin null@null aplaceforyou NULL.org) was born in Abington, Pennsylvania and spent most of his younger years in the Valley Forge area. He attended Chapel Christian Academy until his sophomore year when his family relocated to the Lehigh Valley due to a job change by his father. He then went to Northwestern Lehigh where he graduated from in 1989. It was there that Kevin’s experience in the Christian school really became evident because he was able to apply the principles that he learned about being a Christian to be a witness to others in the public school.
After graduation he attended Lehigh County Community College for two years but God was calling him to work at Equipto, which is a manufacturing company in Tatamy, Pa. It was there that he was able to be a witness and lead several co-workers to Christ. He spent 12 years there where he eventually became the Logistics Administrator for the Company.
In January of 2006, God began to work in Kevin’s heart and he felt that God was calling him into a new career. It was during that month that Kevin began a new chapter in his life when he accepted the position as Facilities Manager here at our church. He has been a member here since 1990. He currently serves on the Deacon Board as the Activities Chairman and also serves on the Benevolence, Property, Transportation, and Liaison Committees.
He has been married to his wife Sharon since 1994 and they have a daughter named Alyssa.
