Sunday Night Theology

Join us as Dr. Champ Thornton presents an overview of the book of Proverbs as he centers on the idea that wisdom is a skilled way of living that flows from a right relationship with God, and ultimately points us to Jesus, wisdom incarnate. Proverbs offers rich encouragement—and real challenges—especially when seeking to understand how all 31 chapters fit together. Dr. Thornton will help us see the book as a unified work of wisdom that reveals God’s purposes throughout. Dr. Thornton serves as Director of Children & Family Resources at Crossway publishing in Newark, Delaware, and is the author of numerous books for children and families.
