Please bring a dish to share (large quantities are always appreciated). After dinner BFC Pastor Randy Grossman will give a 90 minute presentation on the Reformation based largely on what he learned a year ago as he led a tour of key sites in Germany and Switzerland. He’ll share the basic story of the Reformation including key events in the lives of Martin Luther, Ulrich Zwingli, John Calvin, and the early Anabaptists (our spiritual forefathers). He will also come with his wife’s Martin Luther cookies! No need to sign up, just come!
Family Movie Night
Friday, October 13, 6:30 – 9:00 pm
Join us as we continue our celebration by watching the movie, “Luther” starring Joseph Fiennes. This film stays true to history, with high quality cinematography and acting. We’ll have a huge screen set up in gym. You’re welcome to bring your own blanket or camp chair to sit on, and we’ll provide chairs as well. The movie is PG13 and would probably be most enjoyed by those who are in Middle School and older. Free popcorn & beverages provided.
